Let me just start off by saying this entire review is a huge shout out to Shannon our new maintenance man, and Sierra in the front office. Our new maintenance man Shannon is GREAT! He doesn’t just wait for problems to pop up he ACTUALLY fixes them. (Which isn’t NOT something I can say happened before…at all). Shannon and Sierra have always shown genuine care for making sure me and my family are happy and take care of. They are dependable, friendly, and willing to go out of their way for the tenants in any way they can. They jump on requests fast, so you’re not left waiting around for ages. I see how hard they work not just for myself but for other tenants as well.
I have been there for 10yrs and we like it office staff are friendly and easy to work with.
Since I’ve staying here sieairre has been magnificent. She’s helped me figure a lot out and she’s very supportive. I’ve definitely haven’t had any problems. Shanon came in with no problem and fixed everything needed in a fashionable time frame.
The maintenance Guy is Amazing🙌🏽Any Problems we have He always come out as soon as possible and with such an amazing spirit and gets the job done he’s very respectful and well mannered always extending a helping hand and Never gives attitude and always have great energy..I would also like to say it’s a pleasure to have sieairre she always communicate and keep you updated on inspections yard work and any upcoming communities events it amazing to have great people that loves to help assist you… it’s a blessing to live here🙏🏾
Giving praises to God I would like to say how much we really enjoy our new maintenance man Shannon who came all the way from Kalamazoo Michigan he has such a sweet sweet spirit and he's very very humor he also make our family smile and laugh and we love how he cracked jokes We pray that he stay because he bring such great joy peace and love to our community right here at Four seasons Anything we need to be fixed he is right there and we just been here five months today so we appreciate you Shannon and may God bless you and keep you Btw he had an excellent singing voice
