Four Sails Resort

Everyone is entitled to their opinion so I will share mine. After reading some one star reviews I must totally disagree. Perhaps they were overnight guests that expected perfection. I have stayed here for many years. The staff is like a family to each other. One member of housekeeping has been here for 18 years. They are the best. I had a problem with a bathroom towel rack on arrival and maintenance was here in five minutes. They are always updating things in the units. The furniture looks great. Its solid and you do not see worn or dirty pieces like at some locations. The view is amazing. The restaurant has been here for many years and if a restaurant is not good, it closes. TVs are cable, not streaming so you can see live news, not two hour recycled news. It has an indoor pool and an exe

Came to this location for an oceanfront getaway. It was reasonably priced and we would go there again for another short trip. Having a balcony off both the living room and bedroom was excellent. Not the best place to stay on the Virginia Beach boardwalk but if an ocean view is all you need you have it here for sure. Many pods of dolphins were active in front of the hotel throughout our trip.

We’ve been coming out to the Va. Beach area for over ten years now and have stayed at the Four Sails for ten years. The units are very comfortable and clean. The location is perfect for us with plenty of stores nearby. The boardwalk and beach are the best.

Booked a King oceanfront and got a Queen instead. My wife wears a cpap and we need the extra room. Very uncomfortable 3 night stay! The bedroom faced the street, not the ocean as promised. So much for watching the sunrise in bed as this was the reason we booked this room. We booked this months in advance. We were told at the front desk multiple times that someone would contact us regarding the problem. We were never contacted. The place is dirty and in need of repair. Cigarette burns on the tub, contantly running water in the tub, dishwasher door slams open with a broken spring, floors are tarnished and worn. Posters in the hallway with Virginia mis-spelling...
