Four Points by Sheraton Virginia Beach Oceanfront

My daughter and I stayed at Four Points for the weekend back in September. We truly enjoyed our stay. From beginning to end, we received great service. The hotel staff were able to accommodate our early check-in. The location was perfect as it was just a few steps from the beach. The room was very clean and our view from the balcony was amazing. The restaurant inside the hotel, Jumpin' Shrimp, had many food options (breakfast is not complimentary but there is a discount for hotel guests). The beach store inside the hotel was also very convenient. Overall, we had a great experience, and I would definitely book a stay at Four Points if we visit Virginia Beach again!

Hotel is steps away from the boardwalk, beach and shops. From check in to check out the staff was friendly and helpful. Appreciated the free parking in their parking garage. Hotel common areas and room were clean. Open the curtains for a full view of the ocean while sitting in bed. Or enjoy the view from the private balcony. The only sounds heard while in the room was the crashing waves. Bathroom was a little on the smaller side but overall room was very comfortable. Definitely would stay here again!

I had an excellent stay here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing oceanfront getaway. The location alone is worth it. The hotel sits right on the shoreline, and waking up to the sound of the waves each morning was absolute bliss. It’s the kind of spot where you can simply step outside and be on the beach within seconds. The customer service was very good throughout my stay. Staff were consistently polite, professional, and quick to respond to any requests. From check-in to check-out, everything felt smooth and welcoming, which made the entire experience that much more enjoyable. The accommodations were clean, spacious, and comfortable. Positive: I absolutely loved the staff! And my ocean view room was great. Negative: I left the hotel and the staff. The parking was perfect. There were a few tiny things in the room but nothing some paint and nail couldn't fix!

I had a great experience visiting the Virginia Beach location. The staff there were all spectacular! I think the rooms could use a little update but otherwise the ocean view room was perfect. I also ate at the on-site restaurant and the food was good. It was a little pricey but I think that's to be expected for the location. Will definitely be staying there again.
