We were in the city for only one night and this hotel worked out perfectly. Brandon at the front desk was awesome and even upgraded our room. The room was very clean and spacious enough. Great value for the price. I would recommend staying here.
First and foremost, I would like to point out that the staff was fabulous. We checked in on a Saturday when the town was overtaken by a World Cup conference at the conference center. It was ending, and tons of folks were checking out and in. The staff was swamped but handled it like pros. The hotel is well located if you’re doing something in center city, like a conference or something. Also good location if you need a spot to stay if you’re going to somewhere like underground arts. I know there are some reviews about room size being small. I thought they were pretty decent size especially for a “downtown” hotel in an older building. I’ve definitely stayed in plenty of hotels with smaller rooms. Everything was really nice quality and kept up with the Marriott brand. My only “gripe” is a
My husband and I had to go to an event in Center City Philly. We decided to make a weekend out of it and made a reservation at this Sheraton which is not far from the event. There's a parking lot across the street from the entrance of the hotel but it's not owned by the hotel. Parking for hotel guests is $45 for 24 hours. We arrived at the hotel at around 4:15 pm but our room was not ready so we waited in the lobby for about 20 minutes until the room was ready. Very busy weekend in the city with sporting events. While we waited, we were offered free refreshments and snacks. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was on the small side but it was fine for 1 night. Room had a musty smell when we first entered but we didn't notice it after a while. A/C was loud but it didn't distur
Positive: Great location! Very friendly staff. I had a corner room which was very spacious. The pillows were excellent, I normally do not sleep well in hotel rooms but I could sleep through the evenings very well. Negative: ""
Went to 4 Points to travel to Philly for the first time with my partner to celebrate New Years. It was an amazing experience for us both! We received a clean and spacious room, extremely friendly and attentive staff, and the location was perfect. If it was during the summer we would’ve been able to walk everywhere, but because it was quite cold we used public transport twice (very close by) and an uber for one time. It was easy to go out, take a minute in the hotel, and go back out without losing momentum. 4 Points was near the fashion district, chinatown, and many amazing food places (in addition to a cvs). There was a microwave available near the lobby and we were able to drop our luggage off prior to our check in which gave us more time check out the location.
