Four Points by Sheraton Philadelphia Airport

A lot of hotels have polite staff but the staff here is exceptional. We encountered 5 or 6 staff and all of them were genuinely friendly and very cool people. We ate at the on-site restaurant 3 times and everything we had was excellent. Reliable airport shuttle service with really caring drivers. Our room was comfortable and clean.

First, Tionna bartender/server was fantastic! Great attitude and service despite being so busy as the only server. Food was great too! Nice clean hotel, 4 stars only because the room was a bit tight. Shuttle service to airport was quick and easy. Would recommend.

Positive: It's wonderfully QUIET! Negative: There was no heat in the room we were assigned and after thinking we were settling in, had to move to another room that did have heat.

Hotel has definitely seen its better days. A lot of wear and tear in the rooms thought beds were comfortable. Bathrooms weren’t the cleanest and my room’s shower/tub wouldn’t drain correctly. Staff were very kind and helpful and breakfast was the good. Good proximity to the airport with a shuttle. Only real negative to the stay was getting waken up by a screaming guest in the hall, probably drunk, at 1 in the morning. Obviously wasn’t the hotels fault and they quickly got the situation under control.

As a Marriott gold member I’m shocked that this is a Marriott property. I guess all properties aren’t the same depending on the location. I didn’t give it a 1 out of 5 because the woman who assisted me with checking in and maintenance man were both very nice. The room was not good at all. The tub was filthy and the pillow case on the bed had hair on it. I’ve seen better rooms at the Holiday Inn. No way the people who run this operation care about quality.
