This hotel is very old and nothing works the air conditioner doesn’t work. The bathroom is filthy. There’s caulking all over masking stuff. This hotel isn’t complete shambles. It needs to be torn down or completely remodeled the shower is so dirty. I had to wear my sandals inside of it. Nothing about this hotel is nice. It’s worse than a Motel 6.
Was very impressed with the staff. Such great service is very hard to find nowadays. |I assume the lady was the General Manager, anyway, she was always available throughout our 1 week stay... very, very nice and wanted our stay to be perfect. When I checked out I left a phone charger in the room, I called and she went above and beyond to find it and FedEx it to me... saved me a 2 hour roundtrip to retrieve it. She, and the other front desk staff, were always genuinely pleasant.|The restaurant is pretty small and the offerings are limited, but the staff there were top notch as well. This place has great people.!.!.!
Really nice hotel with clean, modern, cozy rooms. Plenty of free parking. Every staff member I met was great, but Rodora was especially friendly and helpful. House cleaning stops by every day which is great and rare post-covid. They also have a very nice noon check-out which is also less common then it once was. Some of the rooms have oddly stained windows, but they will be happy to move you if this is a problem.
Positive: The staff at the hotel used the card I placed on file for incidental holds to file unauthorized and fraudulent charges to that account. The staff argued with me and made false accusations against me when I confronted them about the unauthorized charges. Negative: The hotel room was dirty, there were undergarments from a previous guest left in all the drawers.
Terrible experience. Me and my wife checked into our first room, and found it to be very warm. We attempted to adjust the temperature and the A/C controls did not work. We also found that the toilet had "stuff" in it (not poop, something else, no idea what). The overall condition of the room looked like someone made the bed, but didn't actually clean anything. We talked with the desk who moved us over to the next room. The A/C worked in this room, but the maintenance was lacking. There is peeling wallpaper from leaks or humidity, fixtures poorly maintained (the tub faucet leaked into the floor when on), and general interior conditions have been declining for a long time, and need new furniture. When we woke up in the morning, we found bedbug bites on us. Upon further inspection, t
