Four Points by Sheraton Nashville Airport

Stay away. The room was filthy when we arrived . Beds unmade, dirty towels in floor. Front desk didn’t seem to care. Restaurant bar is a joke. Shuttle service only runs from 4am -11 am.|I Never was told that. Our flight came in at 11:30. That’s the main reason we stayed there. Had to call a Uber to our car.

Just a quick hitter for an overnight stay with breakfast in the morning. Did get a nice platinum upgrade to a suite, room was clean and comfortable. Staff was great. The only concern was breakfast. They had a simple continental setup for all to enjoy but we wanted to order off the menu. Food was OK, but it honestly didn't seem as if they are setup for serving breakfast. Waitress wasn't really dialed into our needs and the breakfast came out heavily seasoned, I'd rather leave that up to me vs. the cook. Not a huge deal, but worth noting.

I do 100 plus nights a year at Marriott. Never stayed at a four points until last night. I chose this one over a springhill because I was arriving in the evening and the bar/restaurant would be convenient. It was closed at 8:30 when I arrived. The bed was packed out. At least 4 inches lower in the middle. Ever slept on your side in a hammock? Same thing. The strobe light on the fire alarm was a nice touch to guarantee I only got 4 hours of sleep. Every 5 minutes the flash would remind me I had to get up at 4am for a flight. The ac/heater that sounded like a hurricane just added to the experience, it was like a thunderstorm when it synced up with the strobe light.

Checked in Saturday night -Sunday morning, the front desk reception was greeting and pleasant, the room at first looked cozy and clean , but as we settled down and our ears adjusted to inside the room atmosphere and sound , it was very noisy ! It’s as if we had a semi idling outside our window all night , the whole room was shaking vibrating. It’s now 10am and I opened the shades to look for the source of the noise ,there was no semi trucks outside or heavy trucks , only one car which was not running . This made my stay uncomfortable since I have tinnitus … not good. ..

Leanne deserves the keys to the city!! Our flight was misconnected last night and she made sure we all got safely to the hotel, in a room as quick as possible, and out the door for our early flight. Without her, we'd probably have slept on the floor of the airport. Thank you so much!!! Also, the hotel was great for a great price. But overall, that southern hospitality wins!!
