Four Points by Sheraton Milwaukee North Shore

Really enjoyed this hotel: I stayed in a king suite and the room, the bed, the restroom was all meticulously made up. Little goodies / treats were given at check in and in my room. The pool / gym was very spacious and nice, I just wish the sauna was open during my stay! I did not explore heavily this area, but there is a good Thai restaurant across the street if you don’t feel like eating at the bistro. Overall a great stay!

Cleanliness was excellent, staff above the rest. My dislike was the bathroom. Shower rod was installed incorrectly. It should be bowed out to keep the curtain away from your body. Installed it was installed down creating a belly so the curtain gathers in the center. When you Shower water has no choice but to escape landing on the floor. Your staff more than made up for that small disappointment. Also the toilet was loose so when I leaned over to get toilet paper the toilet tipped over and I almost fell off because I wasn't expecting it to move. The seat was very secure it was the base of the toilet that was not secure. Please acknowledge the staff there on Sept 7th. They went above and beyond.

Good morning, How can I sum this whole weekend experience up at your place.. Upon checking in the service was amazing!! We came in from Texas for a very important occasion My daughter was getting proposed too!! The staff handle every detail I had so many vendors and deliveries coming into the hotel everything went so smooth and we truly appreciate all the staff that help us!! Now for the food at the restaurant OMG that Friday fish fry was amazing !! We can’t stop talking about it !!! I told all my friends and family to go and enjoyed it to the fullest!! Thank you all so much 5 star review is Minimum this weekend we want to give you a 10 star review !!! I normally get names but this weekend I had so much going on in my head !!! But everyone we had contact with was absolutely amazing !! One

Positive: Staff was nice. Negative: We picked this hotel for the hot tub. The hot tub was not working. Very disappointing.

Hotel is dated and there was some work being done. Service was great. I was treated very well. They try their best. Room was fairly clean for an older hotel. They could use one more lamp in the room for additional ligting.
