Four Points by Sheraton Memphis - Southwind

Closed to highway, but it is quiet. Never heard a car noise. |Unprofessional and non-energetic-at-all staffs. |Breakfast hour incorrect. Marriott website indicate the breakfast is until 10 am, I went down at 9:40 am, being told the breakfast ends at 9:30am. Breakfast is 5 dollar addition when booking the stay, but check-in staff said there is no buffet, so I don't know how they are going to offer the 5 dollar breakfast-for-two..|Room equiments are pending repair (see attached photos). Bedding looks clean without visible stains. Buy bathtub has urine smell. This indicate management does not care about the hotel or the guest at all (otehrwise they would have spent a few dollars to fix those broken parts. )|Lobby looks renovated, but room is still old. |Stay here only for a night sleep during

Positive: Location and cleanliness,friendly staff. Negative: Elevators need attention make noise when is closing.

En route from Texas to NYC, this was our first night stopover. The room was average and fit us fairly well (we were a family of 5). The staff was accommodating and saw to it that our requests were seen to. I would say that this pushed up my impression of this place from average to good!

We stayed at Southwind Sheraton Memphis and it was a great stay. Our room was very clean, and Shawn at the front desk gave us excellent service. Giving us the 4th floor per my hubby's request. Also, Tony the hotel evening manager was very nice and stopped over at the bar to kid and joke with everyone. It was 20 mins. from downtown Memphis (for Business). We had a very pleasant stay.

Very clean, beds were firm but comfy. Breakfast was very good and cooked to order. Would definitely stay here again.
