Four Points by Sheraton Memphis East

From the moment I arrived, this hotel exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness was outstanding — the room, bathroom, and common areas were spotless and well-maintained, which made my stay very comfortable and relaxing. The front desk staff truly stood out. Felicia, Lynnette and Brandi were awesome. They were professional, welcoming, and extremely helpful, making check-in smooth and stress-free. Every interaction was pleasant, and they went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed during my stay. They even helped me with my strap I broke on my dress. They turned into seamstress to help me get ready for my impromptu photoshoot in the lobby for my 47th birthday. I arrived on Dec 30th until Jan 4th, each day I had a conversation with those ladies as if I had known them for ever.

Our 1st UBER pick up have issue locating this hotel, after waited for 25min, she decided to cancel our order.The main thing we love about this place is the warm of the receptionist that make us felt welcome.

The room had a strong odor of urine and body odor. Before leaving the hotel earlier in the day, we specifically requested that the bathroom be cleaned and the shower curtain replaced. However, when we returned at approximately 10:30 p.m., the room had not been cleaned, and the shower curtain had not been changed. Instead, we discovered that a replacement shower curtain had simply been left in the room for us to install ourselves as we were preparing to shower.||I work hard for my money and take pride in fulfilling my responsibilities, and I expect the same level of professionalism and basic service when paying to stay at a hotel. This experience was disappointing and unacceptable, and I hope future guests are treated with the care and respect that was lacking during our stay.

I didn’t like that there were no liners in the trash can , need that for cleanliness. The bathroom decor is honestly pretty disappointing too. There’s no ventilation fan, and you can tell this used to be an older hotel that Marriott just repainted and rebranded. It really looks like they rushed the remodel long ago nothing recent. The paint job is rough, and overall it feels cheap for the price they’re charging. Honestly, it should cost about half of what it does. I do like that they provided shower products, similar to what Four Points usually offers, but I don’t think they serve breakfast here. I booked a double bed room, and when I arrived, it was hot—I had to turn the air on right away, and it still stayed warm for a while. The furniture looks dated, kind of like they were going for

I loved my visit and the staff was super friendly. The kitchen staff was so nice and attentive The only problem that I had was the plumbing. The sink and tub drainage was very slow, but the room was comfortable.
