We had an absolutely wonderful stay! We opted for a courtyard room for a quieter stay as the streetside is loud. The room was clean and the balcony was a very nice touch; we enjoyed hanging out there in the evening. Pool deck was clean but the water just a little too cold for us but that didn't stop us from enjoying the deck chairs. Our front desk personnel were AMAZING! Please give the incredible Shannon, Larry, Maurice and Kim a raise! They are the epitome of warm customer service and what we can only assume is the true N'awlens culture. Shannon aided me through a very delicate situation and she handled it with such poise, I can't thank her enough!

Lynette was a wonderful bartender. Made us frozen mudslides and served us by the pool. She was very sweet and attentive. The service we had with the bell hop however was terrible. Many times Allan would just watch you struggle and then make a comment on what you’re doing as you’re struggling. He wouldn’t assist with bags or the door and would just stare at you. I was carrying two full drinks as I was trying to open the door, I was even trying to get his attention from the window and gestured help with the door and he just stared at me from the front desk. Then when I got in he said “oh you’re spilling your drink.” Like yeah no shit. You’re so helpful. From the moment we arrived in the uber to the moment we checked out his service was awful. We even tipped so that wasn’t an issue. The rep

My partner and I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. Check-in was quick and easy. Absolutely loved the valet attendant Chris. The rooms are really small but workable. We looked around the room before unpacking and noticed a pair of men’s underwear had been left in the corner. We are two women… not sure how they were missed because they were fairly large. So I went down to the front desk to request new linen as it made me feel like the bedsheets were probably not changed if that was still there and visible. The clerk at the desk seemed irritated and bothered as soon as I walked up. When I showed him the photo of what we found he offered to just switch rooms. No apology or care to give but just wanted me out of his face. Second room seemed clean. However we woke up to NO hot water!! Ugh!! We had

Had a one night stay at Four Points in New Orleans before flying out the next day. I’ve stayed here 4 times now over the last 2 years and each time I’ve been upgraded by the hotel before the check-in day (not a NUA request) and this time the front desk gave me this coffee cup & note and thanked me for returning. The staff is always stellar, from valet, front desk, door security, bartenders. I really don’t have a single bad thing to say about this hotel but it is in the corner of Bourbon & Toulouse so it is noisy at night. If you’re a light sleeper, pick a courtyard room to better enjoy your stay. We booked a standard king room and received a king suite with balcony over Bourbon St.

We were here last week and stayed for 5 nights. This was by far the best staff I have ever encountered on vacation. They were friendly from the time I walked through the door to the time we left to come home. The room was so quaint, clean, and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud! We stayed in a courtyard balcony room and I would highly recommend this. We did not hear any noise from Bourbon street on this side of the hotel. Speaking of Bourbon street you literally step out the front door to a load of entertainment, shops, bars, restaurants, etc. So if you are looking for a central location to all of Bourbon St. and close to other areas, this is the place. ||We unfortunately had a security incident outside of the hotel, that had nothing to do with the hotel itself, but when we brought th
