Four Points by Sheraton Elkhart

Rooms were clean. Employees were helpful and the hotel was really chill. The food from downstairs was good too. Plenty of food and gas around as well. Would stay again.

First off, the room was clean and comfortable. No complaints there. However, when we arrived, we had to wait for the desk clerk to come in from her smoke break outside. The lobby looked like a homeless encampment. Two children running around one without a shirt, carrying his clothes. The way that she spoke to them made me wonder if they weren’t her children. The front desk was frequently unattended with a person outside smoking. We had requested a king bed and ended up with queen accessible room. That part wasn’t that big a deal we understand that happens. When we left in the morning. The coffee urn in the lobby was empty. Clerk said she had filled it at 3 AM. We left at seven. For some reason, their satellite was down, so there was no TV at all the entire time. When I commented to the cl

I did not have a good resting night. First of all the fire alarm went off past midnight. It was a false alarm but the fire truck rolled minutes later. Finally fell asleep but not for long. At around 3:30am, a fight broke out next door. They were arguing loudly and slamming doors, without any regards for others. The walls are paper thin. I called the front desk twice to check it out. I could hear them knocking on their door repeatedly. They did get quiet for a little while and then loud again. Needless to say, never again!

Positive: Location was great, very close to where I had to be for my business related meeting. Negative: There was a customer of the hotel that was out on the hallway having a loud, heated debate with someone on his cell phone. This lasted about 15 minutes. I finally had to intervene as I was extremely exhausted from my business day. Loud tenants above me.

Just an overall nice place The greeting was warm and friendly. Antonia is excellent at her position. Room was clean and nice. Coffee and hot chocolate available downstairs is also nice. Very nice hotel indeed
