Four Points by Sheraton Eastham Cape Cod

The room was clean, spacious and conveniently located with the indoor pool right outside our door. What stood out the most as far as AMAZING service, however, was the restaurant staff at breakfast time. The two women who run the show there are fantastic. They make you feel right at home and are so happy to help. The world would be a way better place if everyone in the service industry was as enthusiastic, hard working, and kind as those two ladies. This was our second summer staying here and they continue to shine the brightest at this hotel! We also love the location and its proximity to everything we wanted to see. Right near the coast guard beach, tons of restaurants, a short ride to Chatham, you name it. Will be returning next summer!

Positive: Staff was fast and friendly upon checkin. Bed very comfortable. Negative: Body wash in shower empty. Faucet not flowing fully. Lack of hot water in shower-only warm.Stairway carpet warn and dirty. Door at top of stairway B not closing properly. Door to room hard to open. Lights above bed inconveniently placed switch

We enjoyed our stay of three night there. I redeemed points for one of the nights. The location was perfect for us to explore Cape Cod area. The room was comfortable and clean. We asked for an early check in and they called and texted us as soon as the room was ready. The indoor pool was very nice with plenty towels around. There were wonderful restaurants near by. Overall we had a wonderful time visiting the area.

Brooks Poulin is everything a barkeep should ever want to be. Courteous, generous, and quick to laugh. I originally wanted to give a one star review. I’m a traveling carpenter. I spend 4 days a week in motels. Away from my home, my wife, and my cats. And there’s no microwaves in the rooms, y’all. Because reheating leftovers from home is beneath them. But Brooks, man. Shootin’ the Stuff with that guy seriously makes it worth walking to the front of the building to use the bar’s microwave.

The rooms are clean and good sized, the indoor pool area is nice and they have a seasonal outdoor pool. My only negative feedback is the stairwell, the rugs are dirty and not vacuumed, everything else is perfectly clean. We had little to no interaction with any of the staff, our stay was for a private hotel event and a special circumstance. The gentlemen that checked us in was nice. I would recommend staying here, I stay in a lot of hotels for business travel and this one was good.
