Inn at the Oaks - Cape Cod

We had such a wonderful stay and are already looking forward to returning! The hosts were so kind and welcoming, and the hospitality made us feel right at home. The property is beautiful with a timeless interior that makes you feel like you’re visiting family for the weekend. Everything was spotless and full of thoughtful touches, with plenty of cozy spots to relax both inside and out. The rooms were inviting and comfortable, and breakfast was absolutely delicious. Couldn’t recommend more!

We loved this place. It's a huge, beautifully kept Victorian (exactly like the photo). We were in the Willow room which faces west on the top floor of the older part of the home. There are a few flights of stairs to this room, but it was worth it to us, giving a sense of seclusion. There is an ensuite shower and toilet, with a sink in the bedroom itself. The water pressure was good and there was plenty of hot water. There are two other rooms on this floor, each with its own private but separate bathroom. It was completely quiet the entire three days we were there.|Despite the warmer temps outside, the room was always comfortably cool (there is a mini-split A/C in the room). The queen size bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was quite spacious. |Breakfast was delicious mix

We enjoyed a five night stay in June at the Inn at the Oaks. The Inn rooms were comfortable and clean. The grounds were well maintained and breakfasts of yougurt parfaits and local baked goods were delicious. The Inn is in a convenient location near beaches and restaurants. Most of all, the hosts, Maryrose and Bernie were great conversationalists who couldn’t have been more gracious and accommodating! We highly recommend staying there.|The Whalens

MaryRose and Bernie are the absolute best, super kind and giving Bed & Breakfast that we have ever been! This is a must if you are traveling to the Cape.We had the best Anniversary weekend and can’t wait to go back! A beautiful, charming B&B. Close to beaches and great restaurants and they are so helpful and beyond Outstanding!

What a wonderful place! I had been a decade+ ago and I love the new owners, Marirose and Bernie. They are passionate about the property, fun, friendly and full of great tips. The house is beautiful, rooms clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed a bottle of wine on one of the many outdoor porches. Location can’t be beat either - right in the middle of everything! We will be back!
