Four Points by Sheraton Asheville Downtown

What an enjoyable stay. Upon check-in, we were greeted warmly and friendly. He thoroughly explained the amenities. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. |I would definitely stay here at our next Asheville stay.

Positive: Nothing fancy but Great location for a reasonable price Negative: Bathroom sink/vanity is a bit smallish. Somewhat dated but not bad. Computer was down during checkin so had to have security open my room Door until they were able to print keys hours later. They really should have some sort of backup system.

Hotel is a little dated but still in a prime area for a visit to the Biltmore or for exploring downtown Asheville. Really nice bunch that work here. Mitchell and Andrew really rolled out the red carpet. Mentioned it was an anniversary trip and got the royal treatment we did not expect. Thanks guys. Jenn was the best at recommendations for good eateries in the area. Try Pack’s Tavern for the best Reuben EVER!

Nothing not to like. They didn't have fre breakfast but we wanted to go into town anyway. It's near the highway and our too.s window faced it but not noisy. The bathroom was quite impressive and shower head water flow made you not want to get out.

This is in a great location but if you are hoping to stay in a typical Marriott upscale hotel, you will be terribly disappointed. My boyfriend and I arrived for check-in around 6p and had already made reservations. The poor girl checking everyone in was literally in tears because it was only her 2nd day and her supervisor left her there alone to deal with all the issues going on as they were overbooked for the night. The only support she had from the Sheraton was the maintenance guy who was a sweet man and tried his best to calm the young lady. Due to the overbooking, the only available room for us was a handicapped room. Not a big deal since we aren't handicapped but I have worked with handicapped people almost 30 years so I can tell you from experience that our room would not comfortably
