Fountain Motel

ROACHES Every where in all the hotels he owns. The owner is not nice at all. He hates animals even service animals are not allowed there which is against the law. and his wife is worse than he is she yells for no reason and puts her finger in your face. He kicks you out when you pay rent and really treats everyone like dog poop on the bottom of your show. WARNING THEY OWN Trail West, the holiday and the fountain hotel

*UPDATE* I've been coming here for a while now. Over a year just once a month or so and all the good stays and proper treatment, BAMM. Out the window. I've never dealt with the lady I seen tonight but she ain't got no people skills what so ever. Period. This will be my last stay here for sure. Our of respect for the gentleman that usually checks me in I'm leaving the stars but they'll never get my business again.** INITIAL REVIEW OVER A YEAR AGO * *These folks treat people right. The people there mind thier own. Owners are very respectful. Good people, good place to stay.

First off, if you are trying to save money, do yourself a favor and go to Value Place or something similar. Second, what can I say, it's very bad. Yes, they have Dish, which means a strong TV lineup. Yes, they have a kitchenette. Yes, they have beds and hot water. That is it people. They are not good at customer service. They will charge you extra for paying by CC(really, who has heard of that?). Their bedding stinks, literally!. Their toilet is very weak and we had to use our own plunger to get it to work. Most of the people there seem to have been there a long time as when we ask about another room was told didn't have another. We got fooled and hoped the place would be better, but NO. We got a refund the next day for our weekly rate(300, took 70 from us for one night!). Unless you like

Absolutely the worst motel I've ever seen management (owners) refuse to fix the broken window that was cracked from one corner to the other the room door did not lock and if you shut it all the way there way a huge chance you weren't gonna b able to open the door to get out couldn't call the office cause there phones in room didn't work bed bugs!!! Just disgusting

The air conditioning system was the main issue I had. There was no knobs to see what settings it was on and it didn't cool room very well. The floors were dirty also.
