Flex Studios

BAD EXPERIENCE!! Last minute reservations on what it was meant to be a one day trip. Flex Studios was an option because of their location. We arrived after the reservation was done online, besides the room charge and taxes we were charged $25 for deposit. When I asked what was the deposit for, the front desk guy says 'mumbling' "anyone who stays at a hotel knows what a deposit is". Then he said it was in case we take other people in the room that we didn't register or in case we break something or something is missing when we leave. After getting the key card, we go to the room and OH SURPRISE, the room smelled horrible. It smelled like the room had been mopped with a very bad-smelling mop. We asked for another room. This other room had a similar smell but not as bad. We drop out belong

Man! This location is on point! The rooms are clean ,TV works no complications, Ac/Heater works , the manger is very kind and cares how your room is and if your stay is comfortable! I highly recommend this hotel why because people keep to themselves here. And the area is clean as well. This is how good it is here. They have a officer on location but from what I see it never gets out of hand here. This is a nice,neat,respectful location. Thank yall for a wonderful peaceful stay.

We had to sleep in the vehicles at the adjacent Denny’s because it was absolutely impossible for us to find another hotel at 1 am or drive home after a very eventful|day at six|flags and it was a health hazard to our kids to even attempt to stay here. Roaches even coming out of the electrical|socket, dirty linens, filthy floors, bed bugs.|We had 2 rooms and they were both infested. |Horrible terrible experience.

This is from my experience here so far , everyone including staff has been so nice and it's quiet at night , I don't hear to much so I can get my rest, I honestly haven't had any roaches but I do keep my room clean so idk about you guys. The price is very affordable and I get everything I need to make it a home plus free wifi. So I have no complaints honestly it's perfect for people who are trying to save up for a new home or apartment.

Positive: The price was decent comparatively. Ok location. Negative: The guy at the desk was rude since before even checking in. He called me, to ask if I reserved a room, asked when I could be checking in, not a thank you, not a goodbye. Was even worse in person, but it all became clear at check in that the guy is sexist.
