Flamingo Motel

The only good thing about this place was the location, everything else was horrible. The shower was absolutely disgusting, The curtains were filled with dirt, with the bottom being a dark brown. The room was dirty, the fridge didn't even work. The parking space outside was nonexistent as well. The worst motel I've ever stayed at, absolutely horrendous.

THIS HOTEL IS UNSAFE TO STAY IN. DO NOT RISK YOUR HEALTH! BLACK MOLD ALL OVER. SEE PHOTOS. I found the mold in the bathroom. The shower was disgusting, I couldn't shower in it. The sink and shower curtain were absolutely disgraceful-evidently unclean and neglected with black mold growing I haven't seen a hotel this bad in my life. I cannot believe I paid $250 for a night here. The AC barely worked, and I am confident it had not been cleaned in years. The sheet and matrress protector had cigarette burn marks on them. The pillows had no protective cover, just a very thin pillowcase. The pillows are shapeless and old. I could only sleep here because I wrapped myself in my own sheet and pillowcase. I'm still feeling disgusting from that room. I wish I never accepted the room in the condition

It was close to the boardwalk, and that’s the only positive part of the stay. The bed sheets were covered in stains: dirt, food, and what looked like dried blood. I had to ask for towels and was told there were none available. The bathroom was disgusting. I’m not sure why they even bother checking in and out when it’s evident they don’t clean the room. Two rooms down, a man was hosting for sexual favors, and this entire thing was just not a great experience. If you are planning a family trip or a summer getaway with friends, this might be the cheapest option, but you will get even less than what you paid for. Bravo to the lady who showed up on our second night and demanded a refund almost instantly.

No complaints. Our room was clean, odor free, well stock. Nice cold ac. Quiet. 2beds were a little cramp for 2 adult, 1 teenage but it was the only one available. So what do you expect. Most of the time was spent outside, only came back to sleep . We'd definitely come back.

Do not book this place. To start off it smells horrible and has a smoke odor. I was forced to figure out another place to stay/shower every night, therefore I didn’t get a run for my money. This even included going all the way back up north twice within 3 nights! The pillows had no pillow cases with all types of stains. The sheets had holes in them. The bathrooms are nasty and ridiculously small as well as the shower. You can’t possibly be anywhere in that bathroom or room barefoot. There were bugs and flies everywhere. It reminded me of a trap; there was no type of security, the owner was always smoking/ buzzed, who often wasn’t there. Anybody and everybody would come show up and cause ruckus at ANYTIME.
