Where do I start about this AMAZING RV Park?! It starts first with the owner, the 4th generation to own & run this perfectly located RV park smack dab in the middle of the tall, beautiful pines in Flagstaff, AZ. An owner that you can clearly see takes pride not only in the constant maintenance of this gem of an RV park, but also an owner who has the vision to continuously work to improve the park for both the nightly guests as well as the long term folks. Then you’ve got the two wonderful front office guys, Pat & Dre, who are pretty much the concierge for the park. For the 2 months we’ve stayed here, I know that if we need anything Flagstaff related these two are our guys. Whether it’s a certain type of food we’re craving, or simply just want to watch football, these two have been our

Thank you Pat! Your hospitality was awesome. The spot was clean, quiet and beautiful. The dog park was great lots of toys in there for the pups to play with. That’s a nice added feature. We really enjoyed this stay. We will return for sure.

We called about 30 minutes from Flagstaff to see if they could accommodate our 35’ motorhome for one night. The friendly man said yes and to come on in. We arrived and Pat introduced himself to me and my husband. He quickly assigned a site and guided us in. It’s a really clean park in a good location. The only downside was our neighbor decided to start his generator at about 5:15 AM and left it on until almost 9 AM. Quiet hours are 9 AM to 9 PM. Very annoying. Also, don’t understand why you would need a generator when there are full hookups. Appears to be lots of full-timers but we were there in winter so not sure if it changes in the summer. Anyway…we would definitely stay there again! UPDATE: I notified Pat of the generator issue and he comped our stay, which is over and beyond. He

We just left the Flagstaff RV Park after a wonderful week, and I’m still smiling about how kind and welcoming everyone was. From the moment we pulled in, the staff made us feel so genuinely cared for—like we were old friends stopping by. They were warm, patient, and went out of their way to make sure we felt at ease and happy. The whole place has this gentle, peaceful energy that just melts the road stress away. It’s the kind of spot where you relax instantly and leave feeling rested and appreciated. We’re already looking forward to coming back. Thank you to the wonderful team for such a heartfelt stay—you truly made our time special. Highly recommend with all my heart. 🚐💕

We enjoyed our stay here tremendously. Pat is quick to communicate when something unusual comes up. The park is close to shopping and trails, easy to drive to downtown and out of town to pueblos. The long term neighbors are friendly. The park is a ‘dark sky neighborhood’ so stars and moon were easy to see. Even though it is on 89 North, the noise at night was barely perceptible. We would definitely return here.
