Today is January 4th 2025. Me and my best friends first lady trip of the year. I have to say our tent stay over was the best. First we got a courtesy voice message, to let us know its very cold and bring Xtra blankets. Thank goodness we did. The bed was very comfortable and clean. The have a little fridge, microwave, and heater. The bunk beds were very nice and comfortable. I know next to bring my child. Second, the front office was very nice and helpful. Last its very beautiful campfire and table outside. I totally recommend it. Thank you Koa . This won't be be last time coming.

This is a old campground that has not seen any improvements in years. Roads are in bad shape very narrow, there are big rocks that they used around trees years ago now they are in the site and are a tripping hazard so watch where your walking. Bought firewood upon check in once we were on the site we realized there was no way of having a fire I went to the office to have them picked up she never asked why or how my stay was going. If it was not for the location no one would go . They charge more than any other koa I have ever stayed at and I have stayed at 50 koa and this one sucks. Do your self a favor and keep looking. We owned a campground for 27 years and this one is the worst, I would be embarrassed.

We had such a wonderful experience at Flagstaff KOA Holiday! This is probably one of the most talented and caring crews we’ve ever met at a campground. A very special mention goes to Keyla, the manager, who truly went above and beyond for my family. During our stay, we ran into an unexpected issue with our RV, and Keyla didn’t hesitate to step in with care, professionalism, and determination to help us get back on track. Thanks to her efforts, we were able to continue our trip with peace of mind and hearts full of gratitude. In this Thanksgiving season, we are especially thankful for the kindness and dedication shown here. Thank you to Keyla and the entire team—you made our stay memorable and meaningful. Highly recommend this KOA to anyone traveling through Flagstaff!

We had a wonderful time and experience with KOA Flagstaff. The staff, regardless of who you encountered was always friendly! The grounds themselves are very well maintained and loved that every site had a fire pit, something i wish all KOA's did! My kids really enjoyed the playground, they were bummed the jumping pillow was no longer there but made the best of it by just playing in the dirt. We ended up staying an extra night and rebooked another visit for summer!

Google Maps Review – Flagstaff KOA Holiday Our stay at the Flagstaff KOA was wonderful from start to finish. The staff here truly make the difference, especially Kat at the front desk, who greeted us with a warm smile and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. She’s the kind of person who turns a good experience into a great one. The facilities were all spotless and well-maintained, from the restrooms and laundry area to the neatly kept grounds. The campground itself is beautifully situated among the pines just outside the Flagstaff city limits, offering that perfect mix of convenience and mountain serenity. Our site did have a small low spot in the center that required me to use leveler pads, but that was a minor issue in what was otherwise a peaceful and comfort
