First Love Cabin

Had issues from the beginning... We reserved one cabin but hot tub was broken so they changed us to this cabin. When we got there door wouldn't unlock had to call and they gave us a code to get the key said someone would be there to fix it and no one came. Furniture was in poor condition pool table needed to be refelted and the fireplace in the bedroom didn't work. Our second day we noticed water was leaking out of our hot tub we called the office and all they could say was oh no and that they were sorry. At the end of our second day a water main busted and everyone was out of water so showering was out of the question when asked when it would be fixed we got the run around for quite a few hours.

We had a great experience at First Love! The cabin was very comfortable and great for our family of four. The location was perfect. Close to Dollywood!
