First House

The house was perfect! We’ve already booked for next summer 😃. Plenty of room when our adult children came to stay and super easy access to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and the AC worked great which is important in these Florida summers! We enjoyed the ocean views from the deck. Teresa was quick to respond with any questions we had. It’s so nice to be on this part of the beach where there is no traffic. We enjoyed the beach and also how close we were to the river where we went kayaking and manatee watching 3-4 times. It was a wonderful vacation!

What an amazing home and what an amazing experience. I have stayed here on two separate occasions. When I arrived to the house it was immaculate. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook. They were even beach towels on hand in case you forgot to bring them and speaking of the beach it was 28 steps from the front door to the ocean. In the two times I have been blessed to experience Florida life at this home, I have been able to see three SpaceX launches and a solar eclipse . The beach feels like it's your own. There is hardly anyone on it and you can walk for mikes looking for treasures in the sand. Fabulous restaurants, shopping and activities were all within a minutes drive from the house. The quiet and tranquility at night, falling asleep to the sound of the ocean
