Literally stupid call the hotel to find out what the prices are for like weekly or monthly if they had them he says he's booked up I said I'm not really looking for now I'm just trying to get an idea of prices so when I'm in the city I can figure out whether or not they are a place to stay. he tells me he's not allowed to give me the prices. I guess I'm not allowed to give you my money.
Dont rent here. They never turn on air conditioner or heater. Microwave never works. Cable TV always going out. You asked them a question and they avt like they dont care. Very meam acting all the time. No english. Ripoffs
It’s right across the bus stations and it’s right on the corner of one of the busiest intersections in Reno which causes things to seem a whole lot louder while in one of their rooms due to the acoustical design. You can here conversations in the parking lot from the rooms on the top floor. The top floor has roof leakage and the building is so old, where would a person stay if they were to begin repairs?? The whole place needs repairs and it’d probably be better to just tear it down and build a new building. The rooms are large in size and the first floor rooms are In much better shape than the third, top floor. Maria works hard to keep the place clean and Mike is friendly enough(the owners). I can’t say the same for the people that work for him though
Pros: The rooms are well kept. Tidy, clean, bug free. The owners are nice people but don't put up with crazies. They're constantly fixing and improving the place. The rooms come with a microwave and a full size fridge. You have a 24 hr convenience store on property. Cons:. Building is old, outlets need updating, and of course, The Crazies.. you are smack dab across the street from the downtown central transit station for local buses. This is where they travel to, where they seem to flock and act stupid close to the witching hour. So if you just want a great room next to all the night life and right next to a biker bar as well as the ability to travel all over town by bus, but don't mind the occasional late night Idiocracy, this place is actually pretty damn great.
my tv sound has been down for 2 days now i called 4/13/24 to tell management but they never came upto fix...rm 343 got a whole month to go
