Positive: Very nice staff. We did have an issue with the toilet. They fixed it while we were out. Very clean and well worth the money for the area. We would choose to stay there again. Negative: ""

I arrived way ahead of schedule. I got there at 9am and thankfully i was able to check in. Online the rate after taxes were 82.00. The guy charged me 100.00 more for checking in early and i didn't get that money back. I asked if i could book online and check in and he said no, and proceeded to tell me to go somewhere else if i didn't like the rules. I know this is personal but i was just released from a mental hospital in Tennessee after trying to kill myself and i just wanted a peaceful spontaneous trip. Being charged 100.00 more and being told to pay it or move on wasn't exactly what i needed. I didn't know anything about the area so i paid it. The room was horrible. My towels were dirty, no soap, or door for the bathroom and the AC didn't work. Oh and if you wanted Ice, it cost .25, but

Front desk was helpful and very welcoming. Rooms was so clean everything looked brand new. Was exactly what my family and I was needing.

I was worried about staying here because of previous reviews, but was limited because everything else was booked. Upon entering the room, it smelled fresh and clean. Not like an odor was being masked. We pulled off all the sheets to check for bed bugs and found none. (Thank God!) I did find it weird that there was no fitted sheet on the bed, but had 2 flat sheets, so we were fine. Floors were clean enough to walk around with bare feet. We did however see 3 small German cockroaches over the course of our 1 night stay. In a pinch this was fine, but I would not book to stay here for an extended period of time.

I checked in late at night, but there was an attendant ready to greet me. I only had enough money for the room which was a great rate by the way and not enough for the deposit. The employee waived the fee and selected my room for me which was extremely nice! He told me no visitors as a stipulation which was fine because I was traveling alone. The room was very clean and spacious. The soaps and shampoo were high quality. The towels were super soft. The bed was large and very comfortable. I slept like a rock. They are doing construction work on the hotel so I even got a complimentary wake up! The hotel was just under a mile away from the Greyhound bus stop which was very convenient. Overall, the experience was exceptional and I highly recommend!
