Fairfield Inn & Suites Raleigh Capital Blvd./I-540

Arrived at 4pm. The room that was given to me wasn't clean. The front desk receptionist asked me to go to housekeeping to inquire about when the room would be ready. That request was inappropriate and unprofessional, as this is a front desk responsibility. I am also confused by the stated check-in time, as several guests who arrived after me were checked in promptly and appeared to have clean rooms available. Extremely unorganized.

I needed a special favor- Shianne came thru! Best customer service I have received and I have stayed at many Fairfield Inns! She is fantastic, has a great personality and knows her business. Hotel was super clean. Room was awesome- bed and linens super comfy! It was a perfect place to stay! Centrally located to take care of business needs. Will definitely make this my place to stay on my Raleigh business trips! Oh and the breakfast was delicious!

This hotel was quiet and laid back. The staff was friendlier than the previous one I went to in fort mill town place suites. The breakfast options were also a little better. My family and I stayed for 4 days. The shower was better as well. The toilet at certain times did not flush but after 10 to 15 min it did.The bathroom door did lock itself but the staff helped me out by telling me a penny will help it unlock. Despite that this is still a good hotel and I would book it again.

I have traveled a lot for work and this hotel has singlehandedly the worst beds i have ever experienced. The frames squeak if you so much as roll over and the mattresses sag extremely far in the middle. Same issue with two rooms. There are also some very bright green lights on the fire alarm? That blink incessantly throughout the night and illuminate half the room every 2 seconds. No issues with service

Marissa was so kind and helpful as soon as we walked in! It's great to see a happy face after hours of road time. We travel a lot for my daughter's cheer competitions and my Marriott Reward member points continue to add up. We always enjoy our bookings at every Marriott location across the states.
