Fairfield Inn New York LaGuardia Airport/Flushing

Nice hotel for what I needed. I stayed a couple of nights and had no issues. The staff was very helpful and nice. Only 1 side of the bed to charge electronics. Breakfast was cool. Parking is limited but there is street parking. It's across the street from a police academy so they use a lot of the street parking. Overall, a good stay.

My family and I always stay at this hotel because it’s conveniently close to the airport with easy access to both the bus and train stations. However, this year I was disappointed with the room, the bed, and the overall upkeep of the hotel. The mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable and noticeably sunken in. The closet door wasn’t functioning properly—the hinge was loose, causing it to fall off track and making it difficult to close. The continental breakfast was average, and the waffle maker was not working on one of the mornings during our stay. On a positive note, the staff were extremely professional, helpful, and kind. One staff member in particular, Tony, went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service throughout our entire stay. We truly appreciated his kindness

We had a wonderful experience at Fairfield Inn Flushing. The staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The hotel was very clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. When my daughter forgot her iPhone charging cable, the front desk staff went out of their way to help us find one. Their kindness and support truly made a difference. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, friendly, and high-value place to stay. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable!

I was made to feel significant trauma by this hotel and perhaps Marriott in general. I needed a safe place for my daughter and her two friends to sleep after a concert in Queens. Marriott reservations did research on which of their hotels would accept a 20 year old (under 21), and specifically pointed me to this hotel, about 7 miles from the concert venue. They gave me the number and I called, and spoke with the woman at length about whether it would be ok if my daughter and her two friends stay although they are all 20, not 21. The woman assured me up and down that it would be ok, so long as first book the room, then call her and tell her the confirmation of the booking, then the name of the oldest one in the group and then finally, that person must have photo ID. She also got me to fill
