This stay seriously exceeded our expectations. We called ahead to let them know we’d be arriving late and they were incredibly accommodating, which made travel day so much less stressful. When we got there, the front desk agent was hands down the nicest hotel staff member we’ve ever encountered. So welcoming and genuinely kind. We loved our room too. Clean, comfortable, and just had that relaxing feel you hope for when you book a hotel. And the checkout time being 12 was such a pleasant surprise. So many places try to charge for anything past 11, so this felt like a rare and thoughtful perk. Breakfast was also wonderful with a great selection and everything fresh and well stocked. Overall just a fantastic experience from start to finish. Would absolutely stay here again.

Positive: The evening staff was great and so was the breakfast attendant. The room was okay. Negative: The carpet in the room was in poor condition, the bed was broken down making it difficult to get comfortable and the shower was filthy including pink mold, that was never cleaned even after reporting it to staff.

I've stayed at this Fairfield Inn quite a few times, my husband has a Marriott rewards account so he tries to choose Marriott properties. Every time I stay I kind of wish that I would have tried another place. The good, is lower end of price range, and rooms, hallways and common areas are clean. The negatives, hard to turn into property if you are coming from the south, properties surrounding the property are well, not very picturesque., the parking lot is pretty rough, my room on the first floor had a sort of musty smell, not horrible, but noticeable, the breakfasts are not great, like no fresh fruit and they seem to run out of some things. The front desk staff are always polite and helpful. It is an ok place if you just want a place to stay for a night or so, but not if you want a specia

This has been the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had within the Marriott group of properties. We have stayed at many Marriott hotels over the years, but this location does not meet Marriott’s quality standards in any way. We encountered several issues during our stay: 1- Strong odor in rooms: Many of the rooms had an overwhelming smell of weed, despite being advertised as smoke‑free. 2- No hot water during chilled December: We stayed for three days across eight rooms, and none of the rooms had hot water throughout our stay. 3- No housekeeping: No room service was provided at any point. When we asked, the front desk staff insisted that we had declined service, which was completely untrue. 4- Unresponsive management: The manager repeatedly avoided addressing guest concerns. This reservation was a last-minute booking. We noticed the poor reviews, but chose to overlook them, assuming that a few mentions of rude staff wouldn’t outweigh a comfortable night’s rest. Unfortunately, our experience proved otherwise.||Please note that Marriott has various brands. It is important to note that Fairfield by Marriott is an economy to midscale hotel under the Marriott umbrella. This property does not reflect the traditional mid- to upscale Marriott experience we’ve come to expect.||This stay felt very much in line with a budget hotel—comparable to brands like Motel 6 or La Quinta. Thin walls made it easy to hear hallway conversations and even a neighbor snoring. The complimentary breakfast was basic and unremarkable, and the location and lack of secure parking added to the
