Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites San Antonio Downtown/Market Square

OK, I am giving a review based on the fact that I stayed at the hotel next-door and then stayed at this one. The check-in was simple and they even called to verify my reservation, which I thought was a very nice touch. The lobby was not as fancy as the hotel next-door. But the people at the front desk were wonderful. The breakfast was good in the morning and what topped it off was they provided a shuttle service to the Riverwalk as well as to the airport. When I stayed at the hotel next-door, I had to take a bus or walk to the river walk. But this one provided a shuttle. I give them 10 out of 10 for service.. The room was great. It was clean. The towels were fresh. If I had only one complaint it would be that the water pressure is not as good as it could be. The hotel itself is somewhat da

Great place for a convenient, accessible and affordable stay. Rooms are nice and clean and the staff and service is wonderful. There's free on-site guest parking, and the hotel has their own shuttle service for nearby places and to the airport, both of which are really great perks in this area, IMO.

Positive: Great ,friendly staff. Hotel was clean and quiet. Free shuttle downtown and to the riverwalk. Negative: Location of the hotel was less than ideal. The area roads were under construction making it difficult to drive to the riverwalk. I do note the hotel offered a free shuttle to downtown and the riverwalk.

This place is amazing they have shuttle back and forth to the river walk,market square, they go beyond and above To make their customers happy. The location was perfect.Is walking distance to market square the employee's front desk are super amazingSuper nice and friendly down to earth people I love San Antonio. The breakfast was amazing. The rooms were so comfortable. I found my to go place every time I visit San Antonio plus we get points.
