⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I absolutely loved staying at this hotel. I originally booked just one night while visiting Brooklyn (I’m from New Jersey), and I ended up extending my stay for three additional nights — that’s how much I enjoyed it. From the moment you walk in, it feels welcoming. The complimentary popcorn in the lobby is such a small touch, but it’s a huge green flag and sets the tone right away. The rooms are clean, fresh, and well kept. I stayed on the 8th floor and had a nice view overlooking the parking lot — which was actually a huge plus because having on-site parking in New York is rare. Being able to see my truck and always have peace of mind about parking made the stay even better. Breakfast was solid — scrambled eggs, beef sausage, turkey sausage, grits, gravy, and more. Do not stay here! The front desk made a mistake when extending my my stay, Jessica (the manager attempted to fix it). Since my 2 week stay has concluded, over a week past my check out date. My credit card has been charged over $2,000.00 more than the folio (receipt) states was due. I also have pending charges for another $3,000.00. I would not recommend staying here. As of 8 days after my stay has concluded, I have been overcharged $5,211.84. I called tonight (2/16/26) to ask about the billing, and was hung up on by Luis (Assistant Manager) While we were still on site, the front desk (Luis) was very rude when questioning the billing while we were still on sight. The general manager had no interest in hearing my complaint. Jessica was nice, but after the billing issues, lack of towels (fron
Stayed for three nights in a king-size room that felt slightly larger than similarly priced hotels in Manhattan. About a 10-minute walk to the Bergen St, Union St, and Atlantic Ave subway stations, with easy access to Manhattan, Brooklyn, and both LGA and JFK airports in about 70–80 minutes by public transportation. Good value overall.
Positive: Breakfast included Negative: No heat in the room the air vent was only blowing cold air
Fairfield by Marriott Brooklyn provided a pleasant experience. The staff offered excellent service, and the location was super convenient. While the rooms were fine, the strong points for me were the attentive service and the hotel's accessibility. Would recommend it for these reasons!
