Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Melbourne West/Palm Bay

The experience at the hotel started out good. Check in went fine and the front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast at the hotel was good, friendly staff and attentive to keeping the breakfast well stocked. We were told at the time of sign in that cleaning would be every other day. We were fine with that. We stayed a total of 5 nights, which to me meant two cleanings of the room. We only received one day of cleaning. When checking out things were not good. The desk staff seemed bothered by my checking out and never asked if everything was okay. I frequent the Fairfield by Marriott brand and expected better service. Otherwise the hotel was clean, but the bed comforter was too heavy and the lighting in the room was poor.

The staff at this hotel was super friendly and accommodating. Even the maintenance man said good morning. Our stay was very pleasant. The breakfast was very good and could please most any breakfast preference. The breakfast server kept everything clean and filled. She was also friendly. I noticed she inquired about events with customers who had been staying during the week. Example...(“How was that test yesterday?”). My request for a first floor was accommodated. It was clean and well maintained with the usual Marriott quality linens and comfy beds. There are lots of places to eat and a theater right behind the hotel. The hotel gave us a discount card for a number of dining options. It is also right off 95 and easy to find. I recommend this hotel if you stay in Melbourne.

Nice hotel, comfortable room with comfortable beds! Room was clean and the shower has great flow and pressure! Breakfast was great, with many choices! The pool is nice but seasonally warm. Nice exercise area! Highly recommend! Great place to stay between cruises. Peg & Ron S. Dover, Pa

We stopped in for an overnight stay while traveling, and this hotel was perfectly located right off I-95, which made getting back on the road the next morning quick and easy. There were also several restaurants and stores nearby, which was very convenient. We were greeted promptly upon arrival, and check-in was smooth and efficient. Our room was clean, comfortable, and just what we needed for a restful night. The hotel also offered a complimentary breakfast, which we unfortunately didn’t have time to enjoy. Overall, it was a great stop for our trip, and I would definitely stay here again if we’re in the area.

I’ve stayed here several times in the past five years. I travel to about 130 nights a year. The rooms are as clean as I have come to expect from Marriott Fairfield. My main issue is can you please do something about your internet it’s painfully slow!! For those that read this review this hotel is good overall and decent location. But if you need to use any kind of cellular or internet this place is like a black hole nope not going to happen. I’ve had Verizon and AT&T both have crappy service here. This last part is not the properties fault. But their wifi is horrible.
