Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Houston Northwest/Willowbrook

Positive: There were only two front desk staff that were professional and knowledgeable. Hotel employee, and a black-haired woman who was working the morning of February 8th. Negative: The room that we paid for was not the room that we were given. I had tried to speak to the general manager, multiple times and got the runaround, yet he manages to leave me a voicemail.

We loved this location. It wasnt congested. We were able to move around super easy. Plenty of free parking. There are plenty of restaurants in the area. Also it wasnt far nor hard to get any where we wanted to go. Most places we picked were about 15 to 20 mins drive. We loved it was a 100 percent safe environment because we read about break ins and thefts at other locations. Didnt feel uncomfortable at all. We got the suite. It was really nice. The room was very clean. Bed was soft and comfy. Shower was tall and big. The livingroom area had another tv which was a great bonus to us wanting to relax outside of the bed or eat. The supposedly manager she calls herself never told me at check in that there was a $20 incidental fee as well as she was so rude to me a customer as I booked online and still wanted me to pay at check in. I booked through a 3rd party put my card information in and still wanted another card to file. Called about the extra charge on my card and kept taking over me out me on a 15 minute hold while she took care of another person and never told me she was gunna put me on hold . Won’t recommend this place as well as at breakfast there was no eggs and we asked and nobody bothered to take any out , no cups for drinks on counter and everything in organized. Syrup and butter on the other end of food lane away from waffles. Wow. Never again. Unpleasant stay.

Ashley was at the front desk and had been the hero of my night! She was kind, patient and helpful while I panicked about too many things. She remained professional and courteous through the whole interaction. I will be recommending this place, and her, to anyone who visits me?

Super Nice Rooms.Very clean Well organized. FRONT DESK LADIES WERE super nice..check in was easy. Check out was nice. Actually was greeted by front desk attendant..I will be using again...
