Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Houston Memorial City Area

Needed a hotel for the weekend close to Memorial Hermann for an early Monday morning surgery. The hotel is very clean and the staff was excellent. We checked in Saturday and Ivan at the front desk was extremely professional and courteous. He went above and beyond to help us get settled into our room and even provided us with extra waters and pillows. On Sunday we dealt with Tiffini at the front desk and she was equally professional and friendly. Excellent customer service can be a bit harder to come across these days but both these employees show that it does still exist. The suite was very spacious for our family. Location was great and the hotel cleanliness along with the staff made it a very pleasant stay. I don't think we could've gotten any better bang for our buck in that area.

This Fairfield is located very conveniently in Memorial area. Not too far from Downtown, the Heights, Bellaire for great Viet food, Katy, etc. The rooms are clean and modern. The breakfast spread is an above average Marriott breakfast spread with eggs, bacon, Turkey sausage, potatoes, oatmeal and DIY waffle station, yogurt. Etc. But the best part about this property is the service. I’ve stayed here numerous times and Ivan and Tiffini at the front desk have always been super helpful, greeted me by name as I walked in, and did their best to accommodate me when I needed or asked for something. You gotta love that customer service and personalization. Great staff!

This is the BEST Hotel at the Energy Corridor. Ivan and Tifini are very guest focused Very kind generous employees very helpful too. Each employee made me feel comfortable and right at home. Above and Beyond Superb Hospitality for sure. I would give more than 5 star if I could. Great Job!!

My husband and I need a staycation on the houston area. We have stayed here before. This location is located in close proximity to a variety of things from restaurants and activites. We were greet by Mr. Ivan on Friday afternoon, who was the Concierge who assist us with check in. Mr. Ivan was very professional and answered all of our questions and made sure our room was to our desire. We booked a king suite for the weekend. The breakfast was provided between 7-10 ×hich was great due to not wanting to get up early like normal. We visited the bar on Saturday night and the bartender was excepectional. My cocktails were phenomenal 😍! This will be my staycation location everytime I need a in town spot. The location is very clean and the staff are very friendly with professionalism. Thabk you to
