Overall it was a good place to stay but with a few issues. The first suite we got the toilet didn't flush so room change right away, pool was freezing and hot tub was more like a warm tub. One TV didn't have a remote that worked with it, the main TV wouldn't let you use your own device via HDMI even though the TV gave directions to use and the staff didn't even know how to work the TV when I inquired about it. Among those issues there were a number of minor cosmetic issues with the room.

We booked this hotel three weeks in advance. We were traveling there as a family to support our daughter at a Special Olympics event. The day of we received a reminder from the property and then, before we checked in, an email asking us how our check-in experience was. (Strange) We arrived at the counter where we were told immediately that they were overbooked and our reservation was canceled. The Front Desk young lady was very rude and did not want to discuss it or even check into our receipt. Another young woman came over who was at least empathetic. But we were told that there was nothing that they could do. Because of the many events in town, finding another hotel was very difficult. There is something seriously wrong with their hvac. 3rd floor was bad. The rooms smelled moldy and the windows were very evidently wet and had been for a while. I had to Crack the window and run the heater to vent it. The remodel was nice, walls floors and shower were new and clean but I felt sick for 2 days after sleeping in there because of the air. That needs addressed ASAP.

I had a terrible experience with this hotel and highly suggest you look elsewhere. TL:DR: I was denied my reservation, sent to another hotel, and denied my Marriott Bonvoy Titanium benefits. Full story: I was booked for 1 night while on a business trip. I used the app for online check-in the day before. I was keeping an eye on the app the day of check-in in case it showed that my room was ready before the standard check in time. Suddenly, around 2 PM, a mere hour before the standard check-in time, the reservation disappears. Where did I end up finding it in the app? Under cancelled trips.
