Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Greensboro Coliseum Area

We had a pleasant stay here for about a week and overall it was a comfortable experience. The amenities provided were good and well-maintained, which made our stay convenient. The front desk staff deserves a special mention for being quick, courteous, and very supportive whenever we needed assistance. Breakfast and room service could definitely be improved in terms of variety and taste. While they were not disappointing, they didn’t quite match the quality of the rest of the services. That said, the overall experience was positive, and the hotel offers good value for money. With a few improvements in dining services, this place could be an even better choice for both short and longer stays.

This is Really nice hotel!|Customer Service is outstanding. Breakfast was great and Tonya is so personable. She is one of the best! She made sure the pancake machine was working for my son and 2 friends. They enjoyed watching the pancakes being made.

I recently stayed at this location as I was in town for a soccer tournament. The nicest part of this hotel, by far, is the lobby and breakfast area. These areas were clean and smelled nice. In addition to these two areas, the front desk employees were very kind and willing to help. Unfortunately, the AC in my room made a loud sound when it was running. The AC itself worked fine but the noise was quite a pain. I also noticed that the shower floor was a bit dirty. I'm sure it's challenging to keep those floors spotless but it was a bit of a disappointment to see dirty marks. My biggest gripe with this hotel was the location. I didn't feel very safe throughout my stay. All in all, I wouldn't book here again. Though my stay was uneventful, the location was a real concern for me.

The room is very spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The staff members were all accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was nice. Very quite and cosy surroundings, I enjoyed my stay a lot.

We loved this hotel and the staff was very kind. Tonya was extremely kind, friendly, and amazing at her job. The breakfast was delicious and Tonya made sure we felt taken care of. She also kept the whole breakfast and dining area clean and neat.
