Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Gadsden

We stayed for four nights, and overall we had a great experience. The staff was excellent friendly, professional, and very welcoming. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, which set a positive tone from the start. The hotel feels new and recently remodeled. The rooms were modern, comfortable, very clean, and well maintained. You can tell there’s real attention to detail, and that made our stay feel easy and relaxing. Breakfast was good and met expectations, though it could be improved with a bit more variety to fully match the quality of the rest of the hotel. Overall, this is a solid choice in the area with great service, clean and updated facilities, and a consistent experience. I would definitely recommend it and would stay here again.

The staff was friendly. The breakfast buffet has some daily changes & was delicious. the room was clean & the bed was comfortable. This location is directly off I-59 with easy access to several restaurants, gas & shopping. I have stayed here before & will stay here again on my next trip to Gadsden.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, always offering help and letting us know they were there to help or provide service 24/7. The room was very clean and spacious. We had the king room with a sofa. The room features two tvs. They have cable plus allow you to stream. Free parking! The breakfast is amazing! They have so many different options! They also offer breakfast on weekends for a longer period so you can sleep in if you’d like. The hotel is far enough away from the road that it is very quiet. Definitely recommend staying here.

Positive: The staff was excellent. The hotel was very clean even though they were doing renovations. Negative: Most of it was my fault. I didn't say anything. But the pillars were too soft and the television remote did not work at all.

I recently stayed at this Fairfield and, while the property is undergoing renovations (which were definitely needed), my room was on one of the nearly finished floors. The room itself was clean and updated with several nice touches such as the modern décor, USB-C outlets, and a refreshed bathroom. The bed sat lower to the floor than I’m used to, but it was extremely comfortable. My only real complaint is the shower, which had pretty weak water pressure despite the upgraded look. The service, however, was excellent. Lynette went above and beyond. She was professional, courteous, and genuinely helpful.
