Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Colorado Springs North/Air Force Academy

I had a very pleasant stay. I didn’t catch the front desk associate’s name, but she was exceptionally kind and welcoming. The hotel was quiet and comfortable, which made for a relaxing visit. One suggestion would be to update the rooms to a more modern style. My room did not have a walk-in shower, so that could be a nice upgrade for future improvements. New luggage carts would also be a helpful addition. Overall, I had a positive experience and would stay here again.

We just completed our stay at this hotel and would like others to know that the hotel is extremely overpriced for the quality of the place. Our bedsheets were either old and stained, or they were just simply dirty. Either way it was not a great experience. it should be noted that there was a hot tub at one time that is permanently closed. And we paid extra thinking we are going to have a quality room and as you will see from the pictures we were looking at a brick wall. There are other hotels in the area that are worth the price tag associated with this hotel. This hotel does not live up to the Marriot brand. Be warned.

Hello Everyone, I had a life event happen and needed to stay here for a little while. The staff here is incredible from top to bottom. I have nothing but good things to say about them. Clean rooms, clean eating areas, and clean common areas. The staff really is hard at work all the time. I would like to specifically thank a few individuals. Melissa, Luke, Keena, Jun, and Joyce the front desk staff are rockstars and will take care of you. They have a maintenance person named Brandon who is hustling to keep the floors clean and get you a hot breakfast. They all will take wonderful care of you! I highly recommend this location over other Fairfield Inn locations in Colorado Springs. You'll always have complimentary hot coffee and tea no matter the time of day. A night by the firepit is a must

The hotel and staff were great. However we go our truck window smashed in and the interior was dismantled and some valuable stuff was stolen. Hotel has zero security cameras outside and the police knew it as well. What a bummer.
