Positive: Location Negative: My keycard stopped working both mornings, so I got locked out of my room. No staff available. Housekeeping didn't attend my room on the 1st day. On 2nd morning, housekeeping was knocking on my door even though I had the do not disturb sign up.
I do not know where to start. It is late Friday night, about-2 windchill and the doors to hotel are locked. The card reader does not work and no one is at the desk. We had to bang on the door to get someone to open the door. “Oh yeah, the card reader is broken”. No note, no nothing. The TV is very low in the room. If you are laying down, you see most of your feet instead of TV. The breakfast is not cared for, except one day and the sandwiches were hard, ran out of coffee. The ice machine did not replenish overnight. I bought foot and put it in the refrigerator. Did not know it was not working and ended up wasting about $30 in food. The water for a shower was not nearly hot enough, hair conditioner empty and there is no screen on the window. That’s a serious liability. The staff were pleasa
Great stay! The location of Fairfield Inn Colorado Springs is perfect—close to restaurants, shopping, and amazing mountain views. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained. Breakfast was fresh, with good options for both kids and adults. Highly recommended!
We had a wonderful experience at the Fairfield Inn in Colorado Springs. The hotel is in a very convenient location, just minutes from attractions and easy highway access. The entire property was extremely clean, from the lobby to the rooms. Housekeeping clearly takes pride in their work. The complimentary breakfast was excellent—hot items, fresh fruits, and plenty of choices. A great stay overall.
The outside actually looks terrible, it looks like this was placed somewhere in the hood. In front of it directly is a gas station Circle K. There’s just no sidewalk appeal (as we would say). 😳 It’s very unattractive and not well kept outside. It’s simply concrete there’s nothing attractive about it ….. Walking in it actually looks really presentable. I inquired about a room which they showed me and to be honest, going down the halls there was this weird smell, 😷 ……kind of like your grandmom‘s basement or attic. 👀 I also inspected a king size room…. when you go in the room (while it is very tiny, but looks well kept) ——>the issue is the STENCH 👃 increases with intensity and it is just not a place I wanna sleep in 👎🏼🤷🏻♀️ I get the idea that there is unknown mold. The smell is just not at
