Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Chattanooga I-24/Lookout Mountain

Our party was three adults and one baby. We stayed for three nights, just a quick long weekend trip to Chattanooga and this hotel was perfect. It is reasonably priced for the area and in a great location. It was not more than a 15 minute drive to any major attractions. The breakfast was great, beds were comfy, and the rooms were clean. Zero complaints!

When I made my reservation, it would not let me choose a handicap room. I am an amputee and am in a wheelchair. We needed two rooms as we were traveling with our son. When I arrived at the property, I asked for an accessible room. She said. O problem they had a lot. I then asked if it had two beds or one bed and a pullout couch. She states only one bed, and asked if I needed two. I said yes or a pullout couch. They could not accommodate my family in an accessible room. I asked if we could get a second room at no additional cost because of the inconvenience, and was of course told no. We went to our room, I could not shower, my chair barely fit in the bathroom and I could not move it around to wash my hands and had to balance to wash my hands. Stayed here for a short trip with friends to visit lookout mountain, ruby falls, and lets the kids enjoy the nature around the area. Hotel staff were very pleasant. The rooms had really thin walls and our neighbor was obviously very upset at someone using choice wording so we made sure to keep the TV on in the evening and morning to block some of that. The mattress was very dated and felt like you sank to the floor trying to sleep. The proximity to the highway is very convenient, but it also produces constant noise as it seemed the highway was a parking lot all night long so you can hear all the cars and trucks passing by. For a single night to freshen up on a long trip this will meet that requirement but for a longer stay, I will find another location next time.

Great overnight stop on our drive south. Our family if 5 were very comfortable with the double Q room with a pullout sleeper sofa. Oatmeal bar with multiple topping options was great and so was the strong coffee. Best coffee from a hotel ever ☕... Finally found a hotel that doesn't water down the coffee ☺️. Shannon kept the breakfast buffet stocked well.

We’ve stayed here before and always choose this hotel if we are in the area. It is not only very convenient to the interstate, but they consistently are on top of service and cleanliness. We arrived very late (around 11:30pm) and were promptly checked in. The front desk associate (I apologize but cannot remember her name) welcomed us back, provided us info on the hotel, and reminded us of the weekend breakfast times. Our room was on the top floor and was very quiet. We had a 2 queen suite with pullout sofa bed. It was clean and spacious. Breakfast was awesome. Audrey kept the breakfast area well-stocked, and there were lots of options. Bacon, scrambled eggs, toast and bagels, danishes, and waffles. We all found something to enjoy.
