Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Cape Coral/North Fort Myers

Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was clean. Lots of choices for breakfast. The sausage was gross, but you will find something to eat and the worker was making sure everything was well stocked and clean. My complaints: too pricey for the location and the placement of the body wash and shampoo dispensers in the tub were dangerous. It made a small tub smaller. If they had been placed on either end, say near the faucet you wouldn't have noticed them at all. Instead you are standing on the curved section of the tub floor with one shoulder on the shower curtain (gross) and the other being poked by the dispensers.

Definitely a high-quality hotel! I booked last minute, but the staff got me into a clean room right away. It was a quick stay, and walking into a spotless room with no hassle was exactly what I needed. The next morning, I enjoyed the self-service breakfast downstairs with lots of tasty options for everyone! Highly recommend this hotel if you’re in the area. There’s also plenty of shopping and great restaurants nearby!

My wife and I had a great experience during our stay. All of the staff were very helpful, but Bonnie was extra top notch. We met her at check-in and saw her everyday of our stay doing so much. She's very friendly and so attentive! The rooms and overall atmosphere were great. Everything was clean and complimentary breakfast was appreciated.

I booked the reservation with Betsy one of the manager's and She was very helpful. The Hotel was very clean. My only complaints. Are minuscule, but noteworthy. There was no soap provided at the bathroom sink. I had to go into the shower every time to get a pump of the liquid soap and we wash our hands quite a bit so that was a bit inconvenient. Also, the bed was not comfortable at all. We came from spending a week in Orlando at a Disney property and the mattress's there were amazing. Also I find it extremely irritating that I could book a room here through booking.com and pay over forty dollars less per night if I use them that they hotel won't at least match it. I would stay here again because the staff was really great.
