Colonial Resort Motel

Lived there a few months great location never had any issues , clean , would totally live there again

We made our reservations with a third party and requested to queen size beds when we arrived they only would give us one queen size bed which made the cramped night. Also they were very stingy with breakfast

One person said it was the best food they had eaten in years. LOL This is actually a last resort rental for people that are down on their luck. You pay weekly (a very high rate!!) to stay...No pay, No stay! A one room cinder block accommodation that doesn't heat or cool very well. Probably the next step before becoming homeless. I guess it DOES beat sleeping on the streets but people are taken advantage of constantly by the frequently rising weekly rental rates. Sad.

I don't get why anyone with an ounce of self respect could stay or live here. It is filled with vermin (two, four and six-legged). It is widely known in Cape Coral to be a center of drugs, bugs, public intoxication, and other nefarious activities. If this appeals to you, it gets 5 stars. If you are a decent human being, it gets none. Stay away.

The rates are high. Could do a house for the same amount a month. Good place for a week's vacation with prime bar area with good routs to the beach and other areas of cape coral and fort Myers.
