FairBridge Inn & Suites Spearfish

Needed a room for the night. Price was right at $55 on a Wednesday. Property looks nice. Pool and hot tub area looks nice. Definitely would stay here again.

This is a great budget friendly option. Granted, it’s dated and basic. But the staff is all friendly and courteous, rooms are clean and pool/hot tub is decent. For the price, we’d stay again. We were in town for just a couple days and offices from our hotel room and enjoyed a quiet stay.

I got the wrong room. I reserved my room through Booking.com on May 13, 2025. My check in date was June 21, 2025. My check out date June 28th. The room I reserved was the 3 Queen Bed suite. When we checked in they gave us the wrong room. I showed the front desk clerk Chris I reserved the 3 Queen Bed suite. He gave us a second room for that night for free and we moved into a Suite room on June 22, 2025. Chris also stated that I would receive a 20% discount on my total stay because of the room mix-up. The room they gave us the next day was a Suite but it didn't have 3 Queen beds. It had 1 Queen bed, bunk beds and a sofa sleeper. Since it was another 600 sq room we kept it for the week we were staying. They were supposed to change towels on the third day but I had to remind them to

Staff is excellent. They responded in every interaction with interest and kindness and Eve smiles. Bed and room were clean and comfortable
