FairBridge Inn Express Chesterton

My wife and along with our 12 year old son had a pleasant quiet stay at this hotel while traveling from Connecticut. The customer service was excellent—everyone was friendly and accommodating, which made my visit very comfortable. The place was quite quiet, allowing for a restful night, and the staff was very nice and helpful. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is because some of the sheets in my room were stained. However, the staff were quick to replace them when I brought it to their attention, which I appreciated. Overall, a good experience, and I would consider staying here again. Thank you!

Me and my wife just got a hotel room there tonight we arrived like at 8pm everything was fine until I go smoke a cigarette outside and this weirdo that I assumes lives there asking me what room do I stay in. My answer was you don't need to know that u don't even work here and he proceeded to say yes I do and remind you I'm with my family so for our protection we decided to leave and the guy at the front counter said this ain't the first time he had a complaint about this guy and the guy at the front desk never talked to this guy and also we heard are doorknob move a couple times so we definitely left I ask for my refund back because of this unsafety issue and he said I have to call in the morning so we shall see how that goes and I never right review's ever but this was definitely unsafe

Ok... I want to start by saying Thank you. All the other local hotels are NOT DOG FRIENDLY. YOU are! THANK YOU. I am traveling for work, decided to bring the while family and side trip to see the dunes... The rooms are slightly dated, BUT the friendliness of the staff makes up for it! For the price... I am happy. We made it ours for the night like we always do. Quiet at night too! I slept all the way thru. Thank you for considering families! We appreciate you.
