At Home In The Woods Bed and Breakfast

We absolutely loved this B&B! We enjoyed being surrounded by nature - it was very quiet and peaceful. The homemade breakfast was amazing! The hot tub was a nice treat too. Scott and Vicky were wonderful hosts. And of course we can’t forget about Bailey, who greeted us every morning with her tail wags!

This was our first time staying at a Bed & Breakfast. Vicky and Scott (and Bailey) were so welcoming. This place is beautiful and our room was great! We were there for our wedding anniversary. The breakfasts each morning were amazing and delicious! We also enjoyed being able to use the pool and hot tub, and walking the trail on the property. Vicky and Scott made us feel right at home, and they had excellent recommendations of places for us to check out in the area. We will definitely be staying with them again in the future.

I stayed at this B&B while visiting Chesterton for a family wedding in September. Vicky and Scott couldn’t have been more gracious hosts. They were accommodating and friendly, and great conversationalists as well. Vicky’s breakfast is honestly better than any fancy brunch place I’ve been to. :) I bought some of her delicious homemade apple jam as I was leaving, so I continue to be reminded of how nice my stay was. Thank you both!

We absolutely loved staying here! The care and thoughtfulness that goes into every detail truly shows Vicky and Scott love what they do. The room was immaculately clean and cozy. The outside was beautiful. The night snack as well as breakfast provided was delicious. Best part of all was their dog Bailey. Such a sweet addition! Definitely will be back.

I read the reviews before I booked our stay and was impressed but....I'm a "hard grader" and thought other reviewers were just being generous. I was wrong! This place is amazing! The food, our huge room, all the "extras" (hot tub, steam shower, etc.)--added up to an amazing stay. Definitely recommend.
