Get what you pay for. Is it perfect? No but it's cheap, and they have friendly service. I would definitely stay there again.

Nothing worked in the room. It smelled everything was broken. There was gunshots right outside our room. Open drug selling and being used. People sleeping on the stairs. Not handicap friendly. The staff is rude and not very helpful.

Any kind of dope you want it's there. If you're looking for a cheap hourly girlfriend, she's there. Looking for the rudest employees, they're there. They do not change the sheets when a person checks out, just puts a clean top sheet on. They do not mop the floors, but they do sweep, LoL 😅 There is black mold in the showers, There is consistent shooting and fighting. NO REFUNDS after you realize this info.

Shady people in this area. Our room 144 didn't have security latch, a couple of vehicles in parking lot had flat tires, I wonder if any of these people make it out alive? Will I make it out alive?

I stayed at this hotel the week of April 10-13 2023 for my first visit to Memphis..I enjoyed my trip except for the room having bedbugs and I notified the staff and they stated that they would take care of the issue which they did not but the next time I come to Memphis I will find a better hotel.
