Extended Studio Stay Hotel

It was close for a nice get away the rooms and service were great and the front desk lady Tabitha was very nice

I brought food to cook for my children but the room did not come stocked with the needed dishes. I wasn't able to cook. The bathroom wasn't stocked with body wash or shampoo. Very disappointed, I will be asking for a credit. The rooms and pool/jacuzzi was nice.

The room was great. I liked that it had a mini kitchen and a separate bedroom. There were two TVs. It wasn't until the next morning that I discovered there were no large towels in the bathroom. I called the front desk, and they offered to bring some. As with many of the hotels in this chain, they offered breakfast. Typically, most locations have oatmeal and waffles, but this one didn't. The choices were very limited.

Stayed here one night recently. I do not recommend it. It was dingy, dirty, smelly and gross. There was trash in the hallways and in the elevator. The rooms were smelly and the furniture was all worn out and dirty. The walls were dinged and dented and discolored. There were stains on the pillowcases and one had a hair on it that was not mine. The vent in the bathroom was packed with dust bunnies. Many basic things were missing or broken. Several of the buttons on the remote control did not work. There were light bulbs missing from the lamps. There were odd, unprofessional signs hanging up in the hallway and the lobby. One said "please do not leave trash on the elevator deck. Anyone caught on camera leaving trash will be asked to leave the property" or something similar to that. The front d

Under construction no pool or hot tub breakfast. Is was a total disaster. Staff was nice construction crew was nice will be great when done. Over all it did what it was ment to do room was fairly clean no bugs some imperfections drywall missing mirror piece. For the price. stayed 4/25/2024
