Never will I stay here again. In my history of reviews this definitely classifies as a run. Don’t walk away from this place no luggage carts to bring your luggage up and the staff laughs about it and thinks it’s funny. When you ask about the one rack they have with broken wheels And they offer you nothing but smiles. They are very friendly but nothing about this place is clean or Convenient. After you carry your own luggage up to your room, since there are no carts, there are no luggage racks either that is also very funny. There are no coat hangers. The kitchens are not stocked at all. You have to beg for towels the tub backs up the water service is horrible. We stayed on the fifth floor. The room smelled of poverty and roach spray and of course pot because everybody in the hallways every

This property is dangerously mismanaged, and corporate needs to intervene immediately. I don’t usually leave reviews, but the issues at this location are so widespread and concerning that guests deserve to know what they’re walking into, and corporate leadership needs to see what’s happening here. This property has serious health, safety, and operational problems: • Dirty, brown, discolored water coming from the faucets • Frequent lack of hot water, even late at night and early morning • Plumbing issues that go unresolved • Persistent roach and pest problems throughout the building • Housekeeping requests ignored for weeks, and when cleaning does occur, it is rushed and superficial • Consistent smoking inside and outside the building, causing air quality issues But the biggest issue, th

This is low income housing disguised as a motel. Do not expect any standards of cleanliness. Dirty sheets, bugs and the smells of new and old meals cooked in the rooms seem to be normal for this establishment. Customer service is a joke because the manager isn't used to dealing with customers, just tenants. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY to stay here. You might have better luck with the Hampton Inn next door.
