Days Inn by Wyndham Elmsford / White Plains

My Wife an I had a exceptionally pleasant stay . The manager went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The room was very clean, the price reasonable, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was sufficient, and the staff was very pleasant! We will make this our go to location when visiting family!

It’s in a really convenient area, and the staff are genuinely polite and welcoming. A few parts are still being renovated, but it didn’t get in the way of a comfortable night, and for the price it’s a great deal—especially if you just need an easy overnight stay. I also liked the overall vibe: calm, safe, and hassle-free. Overall, I’d happily give it 5 stars and would stay here again.

This was the worst experience that we have ever had with any hotel. I recommend that you find another place to stay. The staff should be fired, and the hotel should be under new management.||We arrived at the hotel at 3:30 pm. (check in was supposed to be 3 pm). There was a line out the front door of the office, and everyone was told that the rooms were not ready. We sat in our car, and slept for 2 hours. The line kept growing out into the parking lot, and we kept asking if our room was ready. By 6:30 pm (three hours later), we had a room – so we thought. But when we tried entering the room, there was another couple in it. The incompetent staff had already given the room. We then were given another room. ||Later, after speaking with the couple, they told us that their key cards to their ro

Positive: Bed was comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Negative: The WiFi SUCKED!! I had to bring my laptop to the lobby area to get work done. There was also a shortage of available outlets to charge my devices.

During my recent stay at the Days Inn Elmsford, I and several other guests experienced behavior from the general manager by the name of Corey Davis that felt highly inappropriate and made us uncomfortable. It was reported to hotel front desk before we left, and we hope proper action is taken. Aside from this issue, the rooms were average and the location convenient.
