Extended Stay America Suites- Waco - Woodway

The clerk at the front desk was very nice, however she was far too slow. This was the absolute longest check in that I have ever had to endure. This particular location was extremely clean, and had a very fresh scent floating in the air. The rooms come with a full size refrigerator, a 2 burner stove, and a fairly decent room that is due for some new updated curtains, furniture, comforter, especially the bed and definitely their pillows. It was a quiet stay overnight. There was plenty of parking for hotel guests. They also serve a grab n go breakfast, but I was more anxious to bypass that and get back home. From a 1 to a 10 with 10 being the best hotel stay ever I would rate this particular establishment a 4.5.

I am currently at this Extended Stay for trucking school and when I first Googled it from home, I was in love with what I saw. When I arrived everything was just as I imagined****(amended)-for my first week and a half. Worst hotel ever do not ever come here evening associate was rudest man I have ever met in my life knows zero about how to serve a customer. ||Had to call the police department to get them to have him give me my key to get my belongings out of the room. ||||Don't ever stay here

I booked 2 nights for Extended Stay Americas on 12/20/25 while sitting in their parking lot. I booked through Expedia which showed carpeted rooms. I walk in and ask during check about rooms with carpet. The female employee told me NONE of the rooms have carpet. I checked the Extended Stay website for the Woodway location and IT showed rooms with carpet too. I asked for a refund and she said if I canceled, I would not receive a refund. The refund had to be approved by the Manager who would not be there until Monday. They advertised a room that they DO NOT HAVE and then refused to refund my money. THIS IS FRAUD!
