Extended Stay America Suites- Seattle - Lynnwood

I absolutely love this place. I have been here since 1/21/25. The employees treat each guest with the upmost respect and kindness. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The location is awesome so many places to shop and eat it’s also very close to the freeways. The cost is definitely affordable. I personally have read some of the not so nice reviews and completely disagree the reason for that is because I have been here long enough to know that some of the guest are not very nice to the employees at all. So with that said I would and have highly recommended this company to many of my friends and family.

Positive: It was clean. The floors looked newly replaced. They have a kitchen and offer pans although they were not ones I would use to cook. Negative: The cabinets and drawer fronts were in need repair or replacement. All of it was damaged and totally unacceptable. The breakfast is very poor. Nothing healthy.

I’ve currently been staying at the extended stay for five nights. The customer service has been a 10 out of 10 they are very friendly and accommodating to anything that I need. I had a couple runs with paying and they worked with me which was completely awesome and it made my stay so much less stressful. I have my dog with me and they’re very welcoming as well with the pet. I highly recommend this location to anybody looking for somewhere to stay in Lynnwood.

The room only had 2 half working stove eyes and a tiny microwave, and a fridge. Other than that nothing special about the rooms, no smart tv, the bathroom is the smallest ever recorded, and best of all I stayed here for a week, and on the 5th day of that stay I was told while randomly getting a new key that I had visitors show up over the weekend and that the hotel staff had to chase them off, considering 0 people that I knew , knew that I was here I seriously find this hard to believe, after further investigation i discover that there are 4 people that work the front desk including the GM , I asked the other 3 people if they got the names I f, or had a brief description of the people or the cars they chased off, and all 3 of them had no idea what I was talking about, so it is pretty evide

Overall it’s a safe, clean place in a really convenient area — close to groceries, restaurants, and the freeway. Good option if you’re staying a while or want a kitchenette so you can cook your own meals. Staff are friendly, though not always super professional. One of the younger evening attendants tends to overshare a bit — I overheard them telling a guest they weren’t allowed to ask people to buy them food but were broke and hungry, and also talking about not being able to trust guests because their complaints got back to their manager. Kind of uncomfortable to overhear as a guest. Biggest issue I ran into was housekeeping. It was hard to get my room cleaned during my stay. I saw them cleaning empty rooms after people checked out, but not the ones with guests still in them. Heard a co
