Holiday Inn Express & Suites Seattle North - Lynnwood by IHG

Excellent 9 night stay. Room was large and clean with a very comfortable bed. Great hot breakfast with a wide range of options. Absolutely no complaints on the cleanliness, freshness and quality of the food. The front desk and all staff were very friendly and helpful. Good parking and a 24 hour Fitness Center. We didn't use the pool but we saw lots of happy adults and children using it. Highly recommend! I will stay here whenever visiting my families in Seattle.

We stayed one night with our family and had reserved our rooms in advance. The hotel is very clean, modern, and recently renovated — everything feels fresh and well maintained. Breakfast was above average and surprisingly delicious for this category of hotel. |I would especially like to recognize Monica at the front desk. We arrived late in the evening, and something went wrong with our reservation. We had cancelled one of the rooms ourselves and kept one, but in the system it showed that we didn’t have *any* rooms booked. Monica did everything she could to restore our reservation and saved us from unnecessary stress after a long day. Her professionalism and kindness made a huge difference. Highly recommended — thank you, Monica!

Lodging here on Jan. 1 and Jan. 6 were two completely different experiences. On Jan 1, the reception was cheerful and smiling, and the same person the following morning was very cheerful when I left. This is an old and tired HI Express with a very slow lift, and otherwise typical HI Express services, some of which do not happen at this property: the warm cookies each evening, real soap, add-ins for the oatmeal, etc. These must be money saving moves for the hotel.|The January 6 welcome was brusk, unfriendly, and the following morning a smiling person was at the desk. There was no shower mat. I've stayed here many times, I like this hotel. However on my last visit, I noticed something different. I was there for 9 nights and only recieved room service 3 times, the last two I got after I had made an inquiry about the lack thereof. I'm not sure if there's a change in policy, I only saw a change for Sundays where we were notified that there won't be any services for that day, however, we can request items from the front desk. The reason I gave 2 star for service was because the front desk employee that worked the morning shift on 11.13.2025, first time seeing her, was very dismissive when I went to ask about the lack of service I've been experiencing for days. She never apologized, her response was, I will get service today and that they had posted a sign in the elevator stating th
